The QuickCommerce online payment service is provided by the E-Commerce Exchange. The QuickCommerce enables you to automatically accept, authorize and process secure credit card and electronic check orders directly through your web site.
QuickCommerce is separate from your merchant bank account. The terms and conditions of your merchant bank account are between you and your bank or merchant provider, and should be consulted for specific information related to your merchant agreement with your bank or merchant provider. A merchant bank account is required to accept credit cards using QuickCommerce. A merchant account is a special account with a bank that is a member of the Visa and MasterCard associations.
The QuickCommerce plug-in implemented in HSPcomplete provides the gateway to the QuickCommerce Pro merchant transaction service and allows you to accept credit cards at your online store.
QuickCommerce PRO automatically selects the appropriate payment network and the authorizing network or Federal Reserve Bank region supported by the bank where you have a merchant bank account.
The following transaction types are supported by the plug-in:
The QuickCommerce plug-in is able to work with credit cards by the cards data saved in HSPcomplete database, thus the delayed transactions (recurring payments) are supported.
To start accepting payments using the the QuickCommerce service, you need to set up the QuickCommerce Pro Account. Registration materials can be requested from E-Commerce Exchange by phone or by e-mail. Please, refer to the QuickCommerce Pro documentation available at the E-Commerce Exchange.website to get the phone number or e-mail address or place the online Application for the QuickCommerce Pro account.
When your account is confirmed and set up, you will receive your five-digit QUICKCOMMERCE PRO Merchant ID number (ECX ID), a very important number, that identifies your account in the QuickCommerce PRO system and allows the system server to authenticate transactions originating from you.
In addition, to configure the QuickCommerce plug-in, you will need to know the QuickCommerce server hostname, port number where it listens for transaction requests, and the path to be appended to the QuickCommerce server hostname to form the transaction requests URL. Finally, fill the plug-in configuration form in HSPcomplete and activate the plug-in.
Note: To test the integration with QuickCommerce service, please enter into the plug-in configuration form the QuickCommerce testing environment requisites and the testing Merchant ID (EXC ID) that can be obtained from the E-Commerce Exchange support.
