Every regular user of SiteBuilder should have an FTP account which is used for publishing sites. SiteBuilder does not have its own logins and passwords for regular users, it uses that of their FTP accounts instead. Also, the work is possible only for users who have their FTP servers listed in the so-called list of allowed IP's inside SiteBuilder. This way SiteBuilder limits access for unregistered users. The number of allowed FTP servers you can add depends on the license of SiteBuilder you bought.
Go to the Allowed IP's page inside the System Parameters tab to check the list and make changes. On this page you can see the list of available FTP hosts and make group changes to it. To do this, mark the needed entries with the corresponding checkboxes and press one of the available buttons at the bottom of the page: Activate/Deactivate, Retrieve IP's, Delete. The Retrieve IP's button serves the purpose of getting the IP addresses from the symbolic names of servers in the case they are unknown to the system yet. Users from inactive FTP servers cannot login to SiteBuilder.
In order to add a new allowed FTP server, press the Add FTP Host button. Please note, that your license could pose limitations on the number of allowed servers you could add. If you have not exceeded your limits, a window will open where you will have to enter the name of the server being added and set the checkbox making it active.
